I was recently looking through a great book of pictures that documented Walt Disney's life and in alot of the pictures his ties have an embroidered insignia on them. It almost looks like two back to back R's with a "T" cross on top.

Anyone know what this stands for?

It might be a ranch he once owned called Smoke Tree Ranch. I haven't seen it, but I have a feeling that's going to be it.

Yeah, I just looked at a pic of him and it is an STR :mickey: so I would bet a bundle that Marty is correct

Awesome, thank you so much for sharing your Disney knowledge!
I never knew about him owning a ranch so I wouldn't have ever guessed that!

Walt owned a vacation home at Smoke Tree Ranch but did not own the ranch itself. I've seen the logo on his tie in a few pictures.

Walt Disney owned a vacation home at Smoke Tree Ranch, not the ranch itself.

I've seen the emblem in several pictures/shots of Walt.
