D23 is the official Disney Community for Disney Fans. You can see the official site FAQ HERE (http://www.disneystore.com/d23/faq/c/66538/). Is it worth it? It depends on you and if you will utilize some of the perks. It's a steep cost at $74, but there's some cool exclusives (http://d23.disney.go.com/expo.html) that you can take advantage of, if you can afford those as well.
