Nov. 23, 2004 – The Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights returned to Disney-MGM Studios in WDW. (Ran through Jan. 2, 2005)
Nov. 23, 2004 – Disney released “Lizzie McGuire Box Set Volume 1” on DVD. It contains the first 22 episodes from the Disney Channel series.
Nov. 23, 2004 – Disney’s musical production “On The Record” began a series of performances at Benedum Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Nov. 23, 2004 – The 313 remaining North American Disney Stores were sold to Children’s Place.
Nov. 23, 2005 – The Living Seas Pavilion at Epcot re-opened with new attractions, “SeaBase Alpha” re-opened as “SeaBase,” “Turtle Talk with Crush,” and the Kidcot Fun Stop.
Nov. 23, 2006 – A live performance of “Disney’s High School Musical” was featured at the 80th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in N.Y.C.
Nov. 23, 2007 – A third sneak preview of a new cartoon series called “Phineas and Ferb” aired on Disney Channel after “High School Musical Pop-Up Edition.”
Nov. 23, 2007 – Epcot’s “Holidays Around the World” along with the annual “Candlelight Processional” began for this holiday season at WDW.
Nov. 23, 2007 – It was reported that Disney’s “Enchanted,” which opened in theaters Nov. 21st has grossed an estimated $14.8 million from 3,632 theaters.
Nov. 23, 2007 – Boston Red Sox catcher Doug Mirabelli celebrated his team’s 2007 World Series Championship by serving as Grand Marshal for the Magic Kingdom parade at WDW.
