Nov. 19, 2000 – The Wonderful World of Disney aired the movie “Santa Who?” starring Leslie Nielsen.
Nov. 19, 2004 – Disneyland’s “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” returned for the holiday season.
Nov. 19, 2004 – Comic-actor Tim Allen, the voice of Buzz Lightyear, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Nov. 19, 2004 – The Disney film “National Treasure,” starring Nicholas Cage (Benjamin Franklin Gates) was released in theaters nationwide.
Nov. 19, 2004 – Santa Goofy and Chip & Dale visit shoppers at New York City’s World of Disney Store (Through the New Year)
Nov. 19, 2005 – The month-long “Festival of the Seasons” kicked off at the Downtown Disney Marketplace at WDW.
Nov. 19, 2005 – Open castings began for extras for the sequels to “Pirates of the Caribbean” at Orlando’s Downtown Media Art Center.
Nov. 19, 2007 – The Disney feature “Enchanted” had its premiere at the Ziegfield Theatre in N.Y.C. In attendance were members of the cast including Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams, and N.Y.C. Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Earlier in the day, Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams visited MTV’s TRL, shot at MTV Studios in N.Y.C.’s Times Square.
Nov. 19, 2008 – The Walt Disney Studios film “A Christmas Carol” was released in IMAX Theaters.
Nov. 19, 2008 – Author Ridley Pearson was at Disney Outfitters in Disney’s Animal Kingdom at WDW to sign his latest book “Kingdom Keepers II.”
