Does anyone know if you have to be staying on property to purchase the dining plan or can you just purchase one? My family and I will be staying off property this time around but we really enjoyed the dining plan and all it offers and would like to use that but I am just not sure if we are allowed to since we will not be staying at a Disney Resort this time around?

it's a package deal, you have to stay at a Disney Resort to participate in the dining plan, we really enjoy the dining plan also
