Nov. 3, 2002 – The Wonderful World of Disney aired “Home Alone 4” for the first time.
Nov. 3, 2003 – Michael Eisner, Chairman and CEO of Disney, appeared at the Harris Nesbitt Gerard Playtime Investor Conference. His comments and responses during the question and answer session were broadcast live via Webcast.
Nov. 3, 2003 – The Mnyama Safari, meaning Sunset Safari, began exclusively for Concierge Guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge at WDW.
Nov. 3, 2006 – The Disney film “Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause” opened in theaters.
Nov. 3, 2006 – The “Hannah Montana” episode “People Who Use People” aired on the Disney Channel.
Nov. 3, 2006 – Toon Disney aired the world television premiere of “Bambi II.”
Nov. 3, 2006 – At Disneyland, professional dancer Edyta Sliwinska and actor Joey Lawrence of TV’s “Dancing With The Stars” taped a segment at the “Sleeping Beauty Castle.” (It would air Nov. 7th)
Nov. 3, 2006 – Cast Members Lowell Doringo and Michael Kelley from Epcot, were chosen as the WDW 2007 Ambassador Team.
Nov. 3, 2006 – The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced 16 films that are tentatively eligible for the animated feature film category. Among those named were the Disney/Pixar “Cars.” (The nominations for the 79th Academy Awards would be announced on Jan. 23, 2007.)
Nov. 3, 2007 – Disney’s newest theatrical stage production “The Little Mermaid” began preview performances at the Lunt-Fontanne Theater in N.Y.C. The official Broadway opening night was scheduled for Dec. 6th.
