Great website - my 'go to' for any questions. However, I found in other sites they talk as though Toontown area in Magic Kingdom does not open when the whole park does. The day we're going, it opens at 9:00. Does anyone know this is true - would Toontown not open until 10:00? Thanks in advance for any info.
10 DAYS AND COUNTING!!!

I know in my past trips that has been the case. Toontown opens at 10 AM everyday.

Even if you take the train to ToonTown, it's still roped off from that side. The crowd is much smaller, but I don't think Goofy pulls a front-line rider from the train side.

When we visited in October, if MK opened at 9, the posted opening for ToonTown was 10. HOWEVER, what really happened was that it opened closer to 9:45. Not a big deal unless you are traveling during a busy time and you want to visit Pixie Hollow. On the day we were there, at 10:10, the wait time for the fairies was already 60 minutes. If meeting Tinkerbell & friends is your goal, I'd plan on being at ToonTown by 9:45.

Thanks to eveyone for the info. My granddaughter only talks about riding the roller coaster so now she won't be disappointed; knowing ahead of time that she will have to wait. I've sidestepped a potential melt down.

if you go anytime around 10am or shortly thereafter you will have no wait for goofy's barnstormer

Just back yesterday and I agree with what is posted above. We arrrived 9:40 and had a 15 minute wait to see Pixie Hollow Faries.

If you miss the morning slot- we found that around 7 PM Barnstormer didn't have a wait either.
