Room request at BWV and AKV

We have not stayed at either of these resorts before and would like some recommendations. At BWV we will have a 2 bedroom preferred view and at AKV Kidani we will have a 1 bedroom savannah view. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated!:)

We have a preferred view 2br villa a bw in 12 days. I was wondering what our chances are of getting a bw view? We stayed there last year and had a view of the pool in the back and of tower of terror. Definitely our fav hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
