ADR's - Going to 180 Days or Not?

Can't seem to find anything, and maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot(s), but I thought Disney was reverting back to the 180 day ADR's. True? Not true?

And furthermore, I thought that next week held the day where it shifted to the 180 day mark - meaning that for at least one day, the phone lines/internet would be terribly tied up.

From INTERCOT's news page:

"Effective October 27, 2009, Advanced Dining Reservations will go back to a 180 plus 10 day booking window. This does not affect resort reservation for dates up to January, 24, 2010. Anyone booked up to January 24, 2010 will continue to use the 90 day booking window. This change will not impact existing dining, recreation and tour reservations. These reservations will be honored as booked."
