Do the Food & Wine booths stay open during evening EMH?

When we were there for the 1st week they did not.

Keep in mind that that if you're there for F&W you're going to be dealing with extra crowds for EMN. So if the booths are not open, it may sure your purpose to go elsewhere that night and have less lines for food on another night.
