With baby swap do you go thru with your group up until the loading area and when your party gets off you are able to get on and ride or do you have to wait out front and go thru the fastpast line?

You wait out front and take the fast pass line after they come out.
I think this was true on every ride we did fast pass on at Disney. I am getting jumbled up though, Universal had rooms set up inside while you waited.

Cool thing is, the rest of your party can go twice. Once with first parent, then after the swap thru the fastpass line with second.
