....can I walk from POFQ to Boatwrights, or do I have to take transportation?

Yes. My husband, son and myself made the walk the last time we stayed at POFQ. It was a nice, peaceful walk.

I would say that the walk is anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes depending on how fast you walk. It is really a pleasurable walk.

it's a peaceful, beautiful, quiet, relaxing walk. it's faster than waiting for the bus.

The walk is nice but you can take the ferry boat between POFQ and POR as well. My 65 year old mother & I walked from POFQ to Boatwrights one evening then rode the boat back after dinner.

Thank You! After we'll be driving around 10 hours....I think we'll take the boat! We're going there the night we arrive.
