Any chance Space Mountain re-opens early?

We are on our way to the world Nov8th and were hoping SM might have a 'soft opening'.

Any word on when the actual re-opening is scheduled for?

There is always the possibility but I wouldn't count on it. Most of the refurbs run longer than expected and are rarely completed early.

i would say the same thing. my money would always be on construction running longer than shorter.

but you never know.

I would have to say no. We were there the last week of September and it looked like they still had a long way to go inside and outside of the building.

Based on recent reports as to the state of the attraction, I'd say no. It sounds like there's still a lot of work left to do.
