Urgent need for pixie dust for transplant child

Hello,
8 months ago I was asking for :pixie:and prayers for my friend's 5 year old nephew who was receiving a bowel transplant. 8 months later he was doing great, eating, started school, turning 6 this month. He was really doing fantastic. Some of you may remember he was left in the hospital when he was born and he was adopted by a nurse and a doctor in the ICU he was in. This week he had a terrible set back and is fighting for his life. He's on a respirator, on meds to keep his blood pressure up and probably going to lose the transplanted bowel if he makes it. Please send your strongest pixie dust and loads of prayers for him and his family. He is the sweetest boy and he has been through so much. He wasn't able to eat until he got the transplant. His mom and dad are awesome and they are such a beautiful family. His entire family is just devastated. Earlier this week he was giving out invitations to his birthday party and now he's fighting to live. Please just keep him in your prayers. Thanks

He's still on a ventilator and he's having some cardiac arrythmias now. Could be from all the meds but he's getting a full cardiac workup. It turned out he has pneumococcal pneumonia and the flu. His lungs look bad on xray so that haven't been able to try and wean him from the ventilator. He needs a miracle so please let everyone who could pray for him know. I will keep you all informed and thank you so much.

UPDATE 10/17
He's doing alot better. This is from his mom on 10/16:
Devin had a GREAT DAY... He looks very comfortable breathing on his own. He is requiring oxygen support, but doesn't seem to be in any distress. They were able to take out his foley catheter and he is peeing great on his own.. NO! help of drugs. He is back on his tube feedings tonight and they will slowly increase them as tolerated. He has had some water by mouth today..
He is so Amazing... he wanted to try and walk today so he can feel better.
Unfortunately he has a central line in his left leg and an arterial line in the right leg. Not to mention he has been heavily sedated for the last week.. God Bless This Kid...

UPDATE 10/22

He went home yesterday!!!! I really thought he wasn't going to make it. Not only did he go home but his transplant still seems to be working. They are planning to do a colonoscopy in 4-6 weeks to check it out. He made it home in time for his birthday tomorrow! Thank you everyone for the :pixie:and prayers. They really work. Please keep the prayers for his transplant to remain good.
