D23 - Mary Poppins Backstage Experience

This is my first post on the boards, although I've been reading Intercot for a few years to find out about all things Disney.:mickey:

Has anyone else been to the D23 Backstage Experience for Mary Poppins? What was your experience?

We attended on Wednesday in Dallas. We loved the show, but were dissappointed in the backstage event. It consisted of 15 minutes of q&a with a few cast members (only one with a substantial part.). They left too fast to get any pictures or autographs.:(

Would it do any good to write D23 about the experience in hopes they might change it for the future?

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the special event. I've been disappointed that I haven't been able to attend any of the D23 events as most have sounded really interesting so it is discouraging to hear that your experience wasn't anything too special. I agree that you should write to D23 and let them know. I get the impression that they really are trying to make the events worth traveling for.
