When we go in May 2010 I am seriously thinking about not getting the dining plan simply because our kids 2 and 5 eat the best at lunch versus supper time. Also the price for TS at lunch can be alot cheaper than supper time. I hate making ADR's six months ahead becuase I don't know which park I will be and when. I'm also thinking I may just "wing it" and not make ADR's because its usually less crowed for TS at lunch. What do you all think?

We've been to Disney the last couple years in May, and even then, we've seen people turned away from restaurants since they were already full.
Especially with kids, I would make at least a couple of ADR's, so you're not stuck waiting or eating fast food all trip.
You don't need to get the dining plan, I would figure out the approx. cost of the places you're planning on eating, and then compare it to the cost of the dining plan. Go with whatever one is cheaper.
