annual dues

as I was browsing for points to rent,i decided to browse a little further into resales on the timeshare store.
i see one that suits me perfectly at the AKV, at $80 per point, 110 points per year.
perfect,perfect.
what are the annual dues? how do i figure this out? and besides annual dues,are there other annual fees?

The only yearly cost I have had to pay for my SSR points is my annual maintenance dues.

That total is the price per point. Annual dues go up on an average of 3-5% each year.

There are no other annual fees besides the dues. As mentioned above, expect dues to increase 3%-5% per year.

Should you use your points at a Disney Resort (non DVC like Poly, Grand Flo) or for an exchange through RCI to go elesewhere, you will also pay a per trip fee. But again, you may never pay this depending on how you use your points.

well,big decision to make,the resale makes alot more sense to me that the original sales pitch did, i will read all the pro's and con's on the stickies,take a couplke of days and let ypou know if i have joined the DVC family.
