are we supposed to have a bus ticket to get on the ME? i don't think i've received any kind of proof that we should board the bus.

When is your trip? You should receive vouchers that confirm your transporation on Magical Express. Plus, if they will transport your luggage for you, you should receive special tags to put on your luggage to identify it for Magical Express.

We are scheduled to leave 5 weeks from today (10-24). My travel agent called yesterday to say all our documents arrived (ME included) and that she's mailing them to us.

First, you should make sure that you have a DME reservation ... DME is free but it isn't automatic with your room reservation, you must make a separate DME reservation.

As long as you have a reservation, you can use it even if you never receive anything in the mail. When you arrive in Orlando, all you'll need to do at the DME counter is show photo ID, and everything will be taken care of.

If you are fewer than 60 days from your trip, it's not a bad idea to cal DME directly at 866-599-0951 to confirm that you indeed have a DME reservation. If you are more than 60 days out, they can't help you, and you'd instead call the main WDW number, 407-W-DISNEY.

thanks everyone, i got it! i remember the luggage tags coming but forgot about the booklet of bus vouchers.
so much to keep up with!
