2010 Flower and Garden?

I'm trying to find out the dates for the 2010 International Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT. Anyone know when it is? We want to go in March but don't want miss the fesitval.

We were there mid-May of this year and it was going on then. I don't know if it is the same time of year every year but maybe?

The dates for 2010 are March 3-May 16.
