About to head out to Hollywood Studios. What's the best counter service found there? Thanks!

I have only been to two CS and liked them both. The ABC Commisary (sp?) and the Back Lot Express.

Have fun!:mickey:

The Backlot Express is our favorite.

I used to like the Cuban Sandwich at ABC Commissary, but I've heard that they've taken that off the menu. I've heard good things about Starring Rolls and about Min and Bill's new menu, so I'm anxious to try both of those next time I go.

I was pleasantly surprised at the Commissary a few weeks back. They have some unique menu choices, aside from the usual cheeseburger.

It looks like we are in the minority but my husband and I both very much disliked the ABC Commisary.

I did not like the food there at all. I have to say it is what I think HS is lacking the most is good counter services.

We like Back Lot. We usually time it that we are watching the Raiders of the Lost Ark show and we go there for lunch. They are fairly fast even when there are lines. :mickey:

I've tried to try new things......but we always end up at Backlot Express.

ABC Comm is nasty in our minds....and we've tried it more than once.

The Studio Catering Co is also not that great.....DS had the chicken drumstick meal and he could not even eat the drumstick....it was all fat and gristle -- VERY little meat.

Starring Rolls is acceptable for sandwiches and desserts though!
