Which DTD restaurants on DDP?

I was reading a post suggesting that some Downtown Disney restaurants are no longer on the DDP... anyone know which restaurants ARE on the plan? Is there one that you suggest most? Thanks!

Unless things have changed VERY recently the DTD places on DDP are Cap'n Jacks, Raglan Road, Wolfgang Puck's express and cafe, Earl of Sandwich and Planet Hollywood. Don't think i missed any others, luckily there are lots of other people on this site a whole lot more knowledgable than me who will set it right.

1) Most out-of-park non-Disney-owned eateries are not on DDP.
2) DDP does not reimburse enough to compensate these eateries.
3) In fact, other than defectors from the first year, it hasn't changed.
4) Expect few of the planned DTD-PI eateries to be on DDP.
