Villas VS. Regular resort

Villas (DVC ?? ) VS. Resort that fits our needs:
Was wondering what is the main difference between the two and why should I pick on over the other.. We may have 9 in one group and a family of 6 for another. What else would be cost effect for a large group families???

We usually have a group of 12. I guess it depends on what type of experience you want and the cost you are willing to pay. I prefer a home away from home experience. That way we can always have breakfast in the room and can decide whether we want other meals there also. One my favorites is the Fort WIlderness cabin - each cabin sleeps 6. The DVC villas are good too. A 2 bedroom sleeps 8. Grand VIlla sleeps 12. While the villas are DVC property, a number are available also for paying customers. Good luck with your decision.
