I can call for ADR's on ???

I know it is 180 days...and I know I saw something that lets you figure it all out. But I just want to be certain since I wasnt sure what it was called.

We get to Disney World July 31st 2010.....A bit of time to the trip but we are excited.

Would the first day that I can make ADR's be Feb 1 2010?
