Trying to decide on MVMCP....I've heard that it's worth doing what but also heard horror stories about crowds due to there not being enough CMs to make sure those who haven't paid exit the park. I know that there's plenty of other Christmas activities in the parks and cost isn't a factor for this trip....any thoughts?

I was just at MVMCP last year for the first time, And I must say that we had a wonderful time. There was no crowds at all. We walked right on to POTC, HM, Peter Pan, Philharmagic, All with no wait whatsoever. It was the highlight of our trip. We are going again this December. I would recommend going to anyone who loves Disney and loves Christmas. Plus you get to see "holiday wishes" which is only done during the MVMCP.

I hope you have a magical time!

We have been to several and never seen a large crowd. Also, you are given a wrist band to wear and believe me. There are plenty of cast members walking those not wearing wrist bands out, so don't worry about that.

i highly recommend this as well.... they have 2 parades and while the parades are going, there are no lines at all for the rides...it's awesome...and you can get some awesome pictures w/ the characters in their christmas outfits.

I have to agree with everyone here. The park really clears out, especially once the parade is over. We didn't wait for anything.

I've been to several MNSSHP's and MVMCP's, and have not run into excessive crowds due to CM's not being available to escort out those who haven't purchased tickets.

Like DisneyPrincess21 said, I would recommend going to anyone who loves Disney and loves Christmas.

Oh, I love seeing Holiday Wishes :mickey:

The only bad thing, is Christmastime at Disney might ruin Disney for you at any other time :D
We went for our first Disney Christmas in 2007 because we had to do it "just once" and this year will be our 3rd Disney trip during December. We just can't go any other time except for December, because IMHO Disney is truly at it's best and the most magical

:santa: :santa3: Only 93 days to go!!! :santa3: :santa:

I'm sure you'll have a great time! We have not found any of the parties to be excessively crowded. Plus, with all the extra things to do, the rides usually have really short lines! The best of both worlds! :mickey:

Ditto! I was there last November and there was no one CM kindly escorted un wristbanders out the park. Rides were great the CM's let us ride Splash Mtn 4 times in a row!!! Even though it rained we had the best time! I cannot wait to go back this year - I wonder which character I will be dancing with at the Dance Party!
