Self Order at CS

When we were at Pecos Bill's this trip I was standing in line and wondered why there were so many unstaffed registers. DS27 went over and checked what was up and told me people were placing their own orders on a touch screen. I've never seen this at WDW before. Is it available at all CS?

No, this is not available at all other Counter Service locations.

I believe the only two other locations that offer similar kiosks are Captain Cook's and the Contempo Cafe.
