I am considering staying at the 3 br Tree house villas at Sarasota springs resort vs getting 3 rooms at the CBR. I know they just opened but can some one give some feedback on thier stay. I can only find very little about this resort and it look a little neg vs pos. It seems far out of the way and 2 buses to the Magic Kingdom and along walk to the pool area and so on???

1) The tree houses are not a resort.
2) They are a room option at SSR.
3) Yes, you bus to SSR, then bus to parks.
4) What else are you interested in knowing?

On my first trip to WDW - when I was a kid - we stayed at the original treehouse villas and it was WONDERFUL! Some of the benefits:

- no noisy neighbors
- grill to cookout
- washer and dryer in your room! (pack less)
- breakfast in your room (save money)
- dinner in the room when you want (save money and recharge before going back to the parks)
- No "park food burnout" at the end of a week
- Everyone can get some space in the separate bedrooms, but you still have a common area for family time (watch old Disney movies on TV)

Thanks what a great report, it sounds too quiet and off the beaten path for my gang. They like to rise and hit the parks and come back and rest up. We also let the teens go to main pool with out us sounds like a mission to get there maybe better off at old key west(quoted same rate for 7 nights) or Beach club about 600.00 more but with 8 people not many choices..
