MVMCP and the Christmas Parade Taping?

Is the MVMCP crowd affected by the parade taping or is it a good day to go?

I wanted to go on Sunday night but am afraid the parade could negatively impact the MVMCP. If it rained Saturday and they had to shoot late on Sunday or if all the annual pass people that were sitting around all day at the parade would hang out and go to the MVMCP.

Anyone have any expereince or thought on this one.

There are really 2 schools of thought on this one.

1. Some people choose to avoid the park altogether during the taping and head to another park.

2. Others have said as long as you avoid Main Street you will be fine.


I haven't been to the park during a taping just reporting the 2 answers I have heard the most when this question has come up. I really don't think it will impact the Sunday night MVMCP since a lot of the locals will not attend the party since work and Scholl are on Monday . Also a lot of people who came down for the weekend might not attend because they will heading home on Sunday.
