Disney's Hilton Head Resort

I'm looking for recommendations, thoughts, good and/or bad about the Hilton Head Resort.

We're thinking of going in January 2010.

Has anyone been at that time of year or anytime recent?

Weather in January on the beach in South Carolina is cold, windy, and sometimes wet. There won't be too much to do outside.
