Aug. 10, 1999 – Doreen Tracy, (an original Mouseketeer) appeared as a chat guest at Disney.com.
Aug. 10, 2000 – Monday Night Football commentator Dennis Miller, along with his two sons, Holden and Marion, shared a motorcade with Mickey Mouse in Disney-MGM Studios at WDW.
Aug. 10, 2001 – The Lizzie McGuire episode “Rated Aargh” aired on the Disney Channel.
Aug. 10, 2004 – Buena Vista Home Entertainment released the concert DVD Hilary Duff: The Girl Can Rock.
Aug. 10, 2004 – “Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party” began for cruisers onboard the Disney Magic.
Aug. 10, 2006 – The “Disney Dreams Come True” parade made its debut down Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom at WDW.
Aug. 10, 2006 – Cirque du Soleil selected an honorary Floida resident as its 5 millionth guest at this evenings performance at Downtown Disney in WDW.
Aug. 10, 2007 – “Muppets, Music and Magic: Jim Henson’s Legacy,” took place at the Cinema Arts Center in Huntington, N.Y. A traveling series of films, workshops and discussions, and also featured special guest puppeteers. (3-day Event)
Aug. 10, 2007 – Corbin Bleu from the Disney Channel’s “High School Musical,” “Jump In!,” and “High School Musical 2” appeared on “Live! with Regis and Kelly.”
Aug. 10, 2007 – “High School Musical 2” debuted on iO’s and Verizon FiOS’s Disney on Demand.
