Calling for ADR's- When?

If I am checking in on Thanksgiving (Novemeber 26th), when is the first day I can call for ADR's? Thanks. We haven't been planning a whole lot in recent trips. But, since this one will be over Thanksgiving I think we will have to this time.

Whenever I have a question as to the exact day I call WDW Dining and they are always more than happy to give me the date. One quick call and no calculating on my part! Removes the possibility of error on my part!
