What's the easiest way to make lunch reservations at T-Rex? Can you do it through Disney or is it better to call the restaurant direct?
Anybody been lately? How was it?

We ate there last moth, and the food was good. We called Disney for the ADR, but I've seen other people comment that they called Disney and could not get a reservation. However they called the restaurant directly and got a reservation.

We ate there in May. Loved the food and atmosphere. I don't know if we were just lucky or what but we walked right in around 11:15am. Have a great vacation. :eat::thumbsup:

Ditto, very easy to do. Just remember it is NOT a reservation but like checking in and holding your place in line early. If that makes sense. They do not take reservations just call aheads but you can call ahead like 3/4 months in advance. :mickey:

We made ressies @ T-Rex through Disney right along side all our other ressies, no problems. We are on the dining plan this year, and they did inform me that T-Rex is not on the dining plan, but they were happy to make my noon reservation.:mickey:

We made our ressie through T-Rex at 6 months out. We ate there this past Sunday and liked it - the kids more than us! The atmosphere is really cool, but pricey for what it is. We will probably do it again. No problem with being seated promptly.

You can call the T-Rex directly to make the reservation and you can do it 180 days out. I ate there a few weeks ago and I can tell you there were plenty of empty tables that you could probably walk up and get a table though you're probably better off with the reservation.

Food was good and I would go back on the next trip :eat:

Called the restaurant directly and made reservations for Nov. 2. The whole process took about three minutes.
Can't wait to go there and see what it's all about.

Make sure to bring your appetite, the portions are BIG! We have been twice and enjoyed it very much. Have fun!:mickey:

We made our reservations for TRex online -- through Disneys online dining. It took a few tries to find an available time for our party, but it was easy and free to browse (unlike long distance phone charges.)
At TRex, our family really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

We ate there yesterday (8-6-09) and walked right in at 1:10 pm. Good food, good service. Yes, it's pricey but it was fun!!
