teacher discount?

:mickey:Could anyone tell me if the teachers discount at the Swan and Dolphin can be used if you are a teacher from Canada.

I'm not from Canada, but I have used the discount before and simply had to show proof of being a teacher. So, I would assume that as long as you have proof of being a teacher, it wouldn't matter where you taught at.

I've never seen anything posted that says US only. They are part of Starwood Lodging which is worldwide so I imagine they'd honor it no matter where you are from.

How about if you are a full time ed-tech? Do they qualify? Also these discounts say nurses - how about other medical professions?
