I have seen people posting about this 90+10 deal, and I"m not sure how it work or even what it is.. I am used to being able to make ADR's only 90 days in advance. Is this different know? I will be checkin gin on Nov. 27th for two nights at pop and staying till Dec. 7 at Poly with the dining plan. How do I find out when I can make my ADR's?

I think there's a dat calculator in Info Central. You can make your ADRs 90 days prior to your date of arrival. If you are staying at a Disney resort, you can make ADRs for the first 10 days of your visit. Since you are splitting your stay, you will be able to make ADRs for the first 2 nights 90 days prior to 11/27. Then the rest of your trip 90 days prior to your Poly check in date.

You still make your ADR's at the 90-day mark.

However, you are allowed to also make them for the length of your stay, up to 10 days. (hence the +10 part).

Since you have a split stay, you'll have to call back twice to make all of your ADR's.

For people staying on property and who do not move resorts during their stay, the 90+10 rule allows you to make all of your ADRs (for up to 10-days in advanced) on the 90-day mark counting backwards from your check-in date. For example, you could make an ADR for the 10th day of your trip 100 days in advance of the date of the ADR.

HOWEVER, because you are moving resorts, your 90+10 rule is a little different. You can make your 11-27 and 11-28 ADRs 90 days out counting back from your 11-27 check-in at Pop. You can then make your 11-29 thru 12-7 ADRs 90 days out counting back from your 11-29 check-in at the Poly.

Something that I am not sure about is the earliest date you can book your 11-29 ADRs (the date you are changing resorts.) I am not sure if you can book ADRs using the 90+10 rule for the date of your check-out (in your case, the date of your check-out from POP.) I am not sure, but I suspect that 11-29 ADRs could also be made on the same day as your 11-27 and 11-28 ADRs.

Using Intercot's ADR Planner, I come up with a call-date of 8/29/09 for your 11-27 and 11-28 ADRs, and a call date of 8/31/09 for your 11-29 thru 12-7 ADRs (with the note that 11-29 ADRs may possibly be made on 8/29; I am sure someone here will come along to clarify this point of confusion.)
