Indoor counter service restaurants

Since we're going in August, we would like to take air conditioning breaks. What are the best indoor counter service restuarants at each park?

We like Cosmic Rays in the MK. The Sunshine Food Court at EPCOT. We have never eaten counter in AK or DS (that I can remember). Earl of Sandwich is good at DTD.

MK = Columbia Harbor House
EPCOT = Sunshine Seasons or Electric Umbrella
HS = ABC Commissary
AK= Pizzafari

These are the ones we most visit during the hot times WDW. Have a wonderful trip!

MK = Pecos Bill's
HS = Toy Story's Pizza Planet (traveling w/children warning - many video games inside :mickey:)
EPCOT = Pizzafari (DS loves pizza - can you tell?)
EPCOT = Amer. Adventure; Elec. Umbrella; Biergarten (or is that TS?)

Columbia Harbor House for sure is #1 on my list. We have eaten at Cosmic Ray's and Pecos Bill's - all equally good. In Epcot, we've eat at Tangerine Cafe which is partially enclosed with outdoor dining as well. Studios & AK, we have only eaten outside for CS.

MK: Peco's Bills we like
EPCOT: Sunshine Seasons is where we always eat lunch
AK: Tusker House - used to be CS but now TS, but we still eat lunch there
MGM: Backlot is where we always seem to eat as nothing else appeals to us or is decent in my opinion....and we've tried elsewhere!

We really liked Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. Nice break from the typical burgers and fries fare.

Indoor Only CS:

MK - Columbia Harbor House
AK - Pizzafari
DHS - ABC Comissary (Dreadful though, there are no good choices)
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons (Future), Tangierine Cafe (WS, Not fully indoor, but well conditioned)

Others have hit on our favs in the other parks, but our fav @ DHS is the Backlot Express. We've taken refuge there from the heat, from the Florida monsoons, and from the cold, depending on what time of year we're visiting. They have some interesting veggie options as well, besides the normal burgers and chicken. And as far as we're concerned, they're a much better choice than the Commissary (at least we've never gotten :ill: after eating there, and we can't say that about the Commissary).
