woohoo! We have 160 pts at AKL, and after using our developers points at SSR a few weeks ago, DH and I decided we liked it there as well. I've been watching for small contracts w our UY, and boy, they get snapped up quickly! I was able to jump on one today for 30 pts. Now to start the paperwork.

Any suggestions how to make a resale go smoother are appreciated!

Are you working with Intercot's sponsor, The Timeshare Store? I have been working with them and they send me new listings as they come up every day (sometimes more than once a day). Resales of all sizes are available. So far I haven't gone the resale route but am considering this for AKL. I would give them a try. :mickey:

yes, it's through the Timeshare Store. I've read good things about them here.

Oh, and it's supposed to be "nabbed" :blush:

What a great grab! I remember we tried to get 50 points once and it was sold first thing in the morning that it was listed.

We bought our's through resale and all I can tell you is that it was a LONG 6 weeks to close. I found that by not thinking about the time really helped the closing come faster.
