The Executive Club

A friend of mine that knows I'm a HUGE Disney fan gave me a brown vinyl binder that is embossed with gold writing and Mickey that says "The Executive Club". Does anyone know what this club was?? He wasn't sure either but he got it from a friend years ago when he lived in California...it's dated 1981. I'm just curious what this club was.

It sounded vaguely familiar. I was thinking either a line of business products by Disney playing off the "Mickey Mouse Club" idea or the "Magic Kingdom Club" concept, or an actual business club. I Googled it. Apparantly years ago there was both at Disneyland and WDW an actual Executive Club for business entertaining. It is possible your binder was made exclusively for those members. Since your friend's friend was from California, more likely Disneyland's. I can just imagine meetings held on those second story quarters in New Orleans Square. You might have a great little known piece of Disneyland history there !
