Points for Dollars?

Does anyone know if you can exchange your Chase Disney Points for Disney Dollars?

You can exchange your Chase Disney points for a Disney rewards card. It is the same as Disney dollars. Everyone around WDW accepts it from the carts to the restaurants. I just ordered my rewards card online yesterday.

Actually, I thought the card was just accepted at select locations throughout the world. That was sort of why I was curious because I thought Disney Dollars were more universally accepted.
