Historic January park / emh hours?

We are thinking about a trip for DS's 5th birthday in January. I've only been once in January, and it was years ago.

I understand that park hours and emh days are subject to change, but anyone here have a rough idea of what they have been around the week of MLK in the last few years? For example, for the last several trips we have taken Friday is pm emh at Epcot.

This info will help decide how many and which nights we go down for.
