Quick online ADR ??

Where do you put in your hotel confirmation?
I clicked the link to online ADR,
logged in,
and I don't see anywhere to put in my confirmation #. I originally booked our trip as a bounceback and then transferred to MJ... it is my understanding that we can then take advantage as the 90+10?

Pick a restaurant - its right above the calendar/dates option. You can enter your ressie and phone number. Then you can "associate" your hotel reservation with that dining reservation.

I thought I was missing something and had to enter the confirmation number before picking restaurants!
