HELP!! Spaceship Earth Video

We've been back a couple of weeks and I've only just gotten around to going through email. I had forgotten that we emailed ourselves after the SE ride. I thought we were just sending ourselves the pictures, but I was thrilled to read on the email that we could download our video! However, when I tried to do it I got an error message on both that there was a "bad movie atom" and it couldn't be downloaded. :( Has this ever happened to anyone else? Can anyone help me resolve it? I would be soooo grateful!

Were you ever able to resolve it? I was able to download it, but it still won't play. It gives the same error message. I did send an email to Disney asking for help - we'll see!

We also sent ourselves a picture from one of the cameras at the Imagination Pavillion in Epcot and that never arrived. :(
