customized maps

I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble getting their customized maps for disney. Everytime I try to order this past week it is reading an error.

I tried the process once and it didn't seem to save my information. I got frustrated with it and never tried again - this, however, was a while ago and not as recently as you've tried.

I was able to order 2 so far. 1 last year and another this year before I was forced to cancel my trip. :( I will try again for another next year if I get to go. Never had a problem either time.

I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and recieved them in the mail today.

I didn't have any trouble placing the order, but it took forever to get them! I'm talking about 4 months!

Well last time we ordered the maps they took forever to come in. Then once they finally arrived we opened them and they had another families name on them. Not quite sure how that happened, but we haven't tried ordering them since.

I had the same problem when I was using a Mac. I flipped the computer over to the Windows side and it worked fine.

I tried ordering yesterday and went through the entire process just to receive an error message after pressing "order". Not a happy camper...
