Spaceship Earth past sponsor

The first time I rode Spaceship Earth in 2000, I remember it being sponsored by some phone company - AT &T or MCI (?).

When I rode it again in 2004, that sponsor name was covered up. Does anyone remember who sponsored that?

By the way, I love the *New* Spaceship Earth! It was one of my favorites on our last trip in June '08.

For the first two years (1982-1984), Spaceship Earth was sponsored by Bell Systems. With the break-up of the Bells, AT&T took over and sponsored the ride for the next 20 years (1984-2004).


Siemens AG took over in 2005 and is the current sponsor.
