Anyone going first week in June??

We are driving down from Chicago June 2-9th. Anyone else? I think the crowd level is in the middle somewhere but I haven't noticed anyone on Intercot mentioning these dates.

Does anyone know when school lets out in/around Florida?

We are going June 5- June 8, we have been at this time of the year before and its crowded but not unbearable. I believe florida schools are out at this time. We are in SC and our last day of school is june 4.

Gay Days are usually the first week in June. Your kids may see some things that you don't want to have to explain.

I know about gay days and while I do not discriminate against anyone I found an official gay days calendar and we have made our plans around that. I have a 16 yo, a 13 yo that we have open discussions about such things. My 5 yo and 3 yo I would imagine would be pretty oblivious to it. If they ask-my response=2 people who love each other ;)
