Has anyone traded pins with Scoop on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom? Does he show up on certain days? At certain times? Just wondering...

I found an answer to my own post; Scoop is very dependable Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. Good luck finding him; he's usually pulling his dog along on a string.

Just traded with Scoop today around noon. I even got a hug! He said he would see me at the pin event at the end of the month. Maybe I'll get another hug...
