Captain Chaos was just one of his wonderful characters. I always loved the out takes at the end of The Cannonball films.

What a sweet teddy bear of a man. In their prime, he and Burt Reynolds were magic. This is sad news.

I read the book he wrote titled Charlie the Caterpillar to my kindergarten students today. He was actually a VERY good author. It is a lovely story about being a true friend. It was my way of paying tribute to him.:)
