Remy in Epcot

Has anyone done the dining with remy in France?

Anyone know if there are set times when Remy comes out. We are planning on going, but if Remy isnt going to come out? We are going on a Friday

1) Monday thru Saturday.
2) Lunch only, approx 1:00pm-4:30pm.
3) Makes a trip of about 20-minutes, then repeats after a break.

NOTE: He makes four trips per day around the tables in the restaurant.
