Do DVC members get any discounts for Wolfgang Puck Cafe in Downtown Disney?
I believe I read somewhere that a 20 percent discount is offered for lunch during the week.
Does anyone know about this?

You get a discount at the Express pretty much all the time. I have seen a discount at the main one but it is changeable. It's the sort of one that if it is on the current listing on the DVC website they would say check when you check in for the latest discounts.
