Does any one know if I bring my laptop I will be able to get able to get on the internet? I would like to keep intouch with others while I am down there.

Yes, all of the resorts have internet access!

yes, they have wired internet access for $9.99 for a 24 hour period. There is usually a cable in the room, if not you can get one from housekeeping.

They also have wireless internet just about everywhere now too. Most places you have to get their adapter but there are places you can pick it up for free.

No wireless at POR. Only resorts that have conference facilities for conventions, like Coronado Springs, Contemporary and then the wireless only functions in area directly adjacent to the conference rooms. Don't presume that you are going to be sitting on a lounge chair around the pool at Old Man Island answering emails. That is unless you have an wifi card like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc.
