I can't remember if internet service is free for dvc members.

Yes it's free when staying on points at a DVC Resort. At all other resorts whether staying or points or not you still have to pay.

Make sure you check your bill, sometimes they "forget" to credit you.

Should still be free...

DVC rooms on cash would be charged for nternet aceess and WDW rooms on points would be charged.

Internet access was free for us in 2008. You may want to bring your own Ethernet cable.
