I think it'll be a great time to go! :thumbsup: I bet you hit a really quiet time. Schools will be back in session, and you are going the week BEFORE Labor day (Labor Day isn't until the 7th, so the weekend crowds won't start showing up until probably Sept 3rd or 4th and you'll be gone by then). i went around that exact time for my 30th birthday a few years ago and it wasnt that crowded at all. but WOW was it hot!.. more muggy i guess...(but wow!) and the lovebugs were EVERYWHERE. otherwise it was a good time to go.

We've gone the last week of August before (at least a few times ) and we'll be there 24th -
31st. The crowds were low. It is hot be we live in S.C. so we're use to the humidity and heat. We love going this time of the year.

We've been there at that time for the past 4 years and will be there this year also. I find that the crowds aren't bad at all.

Sweet. Thanks for the info. I lived in florida for 4 years for college and remember that muggy feeling..yuck. I just don't remember the crowds at that time. Thanks for the help!:mickey:
